Can't access your account?
Can't log in at all?
Here are the most common reasons people get stuck, and what to do about each one.
You haven't been invited yet
The portal is invite-only for most employees. If you haven't received an invitation email, check with your HR team — they may need to send one.
Also check your spam or junk folder. Invitation emails sometimes end up there.
Your account is pending approval
If you signed up on your own, your account might be waiting for your HR team to approve it. You'll receive an email once you're approved. In the meantime, just sit tight.
You're using the wrong email
Make sure you're signing in with the same email address that received your invitation. If you have both a work email and a personal email, the invitation was likely sent to your work address.
You forgot your password
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to set a new password. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Your account has been deactivated
If your employment status has changed, your account may have been deactivated by your administrator. Contact your HR team to find out if this is the case.
None of these apply?
If you've gone through this list and still can't get in, reach out to your HR team or the contact listed in your invitation email. Let them know:
- The email address you're trying to sign in with
- What error message you're seeing (if any)
- Whether you're signing in with a password or with Microsoft
That information will help them resolve it quickly.
